Orders and Availability
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Not at the moment. Nimbus is online only. But we’re happy to send extra photos, videos, or measurements if you want a closer look before ordering.
Are your items in stock or made to order?
Some pieces are in stock and ready to ship. Others are made or sourced to order, which means longer lead times. You’ll find availability and estimated timelines on each product page.
Can I customize a piece?
We offer some variety in size and color, but it’s limited to what the manufacturer provides. What you see on the product page is usually what’s available. Message us if you’re unsure.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Metro Manila and nearby areas. If you’re located elsewhere in the Philippines, feel free to message us. We’ll see if delivery is possible, but additional fees and longer timelines may apply.
Is delivery free?
Yes. The delivery fee is already included in the price you see. No surprises at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
If the item is in stock, we usually deliver within 7 to 14 days in Metro Manila.
For pre-orders or out-of-stock pieces, it can take 4 weeks or more depending on production and shipping schedules. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
Will someone help with assembly?
Most pieces come assembled or require only minimal setup. If anything needs more hands-on assembly, we’ll coordinate with you ahead of time.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
Once your item is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule delivery. We’ll do our best to work around your availability, but exact slots may depend on our courier or logistics partner for that area.
Returns, Cancellations, and Damages
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our pieces are made to order or brought in just for you, we’re not able to accept returns for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll make it right. Just flag it with our delivery team or message us immediately. Once an item has been accepted in good condition, we’re unable to cover any damage that happens after delivery.
We inspect each piece carefully before it leaves our hands, and our team does a final check upon arrival.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item hasn’t shipped yet. For made-to-order items, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of payment.

Do you offer installment plans?
Not at the moment. All orders are paid in full at checkout.
Do your prices include VAT or other fees?
Yes. Prices are VAT-inclusive and already include local delivery. No extra charges at checkout.

What materials do you use?
We focus on solid wood, natural fibers, and clean, timeless design. Each product page lists the materials used. If you’re unsure, just ask.
How should I care for my furniture?
Keep your pieces away from direct sunlight and moisture. Most items just need a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean. Avoid abrasive cleaners. If you need care tips for a specific material, we’re happy to help.

We include full dimensions on each product page, but if you’re unsure, feel free to message us. We’re happy to help you figure it out.
Just make sure to also check access paths like hallways, elevators, or stairwells before placing an order.
